APPENDIX 2 : 작성사례A - 바르게 작성된 사례 □ 사례 1 - 홀로그래픽 디지털 데이터 저장 시스템의 이미지 검출 장치 및 방법 - ▶분야 : 전기전자(영상기계) ▶기술내용 : 홀로그래픽 디지털 데이터 저장 시스템에서 데이터 기록 영역의 어느 한 측면에 임의의 홀로그래픽 데이터 이미지에 대응하는 적어도 두 개의 식별자를 마킹한 후에 데이터 재생 시 특정 식별자의 위치에 따라 연산하여 더욱 정확하게 홀로그래픽 데이터 이미지를 검출할 수 있는 장치 및 방법 ▶TITLE ○작성내용 : APPARATUS AND A METHOD FOR DETECTING AN IMAGE OF A HOLOGRAPHIC DIGITAL DATA STORAGE SYSTEM BASED ON A POSITION DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PIXELS ON BOTH SIDES OF TWO PARTICULAR IDENTIFIERS ○의견 : 홀로그래픽 디지털 저장 시스템의 이미지 검출 시 본 발명의 구체적 특징인 “두 특정 식별자의 양측면 픽셀들의 위치차를 이용한다”는 내용이 간결하게 제목에 반영되어 있음 ▶PURPOSE ○작성내용 : An image detection device of an HDDS(Holographic Digital Data Storage) system and a method thereof are provided to detect a suitable holographic data image based on a position difference of two identifiers while the at least two identifiers are marked on one side of a data recording area. ○의견 : 구체적인 수단을 근거로 본 발명의 기술적 과제인 “적합한 홀로그래픽 데이터 이미지 검출 한다”는 내용이 명확하게 기재되어 있음 ▶CONSTITUTION ○작성내용 : At least two identifiers corresponding to a random holographic data image are marked on one side of a data recording area to coincide with a rotative direction of a storage medium while data are recorded(402,404). The positions of the particular identifiers are detected while the data are reproduced(406,408), and a position difference of pixels on both sides of the two detected particular identifiers is mutually calculated. The corresponding holographic data image is detected(410-414) only if the calculated position difference is lower than a predetermined value. On the other hand, detection and calculation as to the next identifiers is performed if the position difference is higher than the value. ○의견 : 본 발명의 기술적 과제 해결을 위한 기술적 특징(두 특정 식별자의 양측면 픽셀의 위치차 이용)에 해당되는 내용이 구체적으로 기술되어 있음
