APPENDIX 2 : 작성사례B - 잘못 작성된 사례 □ 사례 1 - 액정 표시 장치 - ▶분야 : 전기전자(LCD) ▶기술내용 : 연성 인쇄회로기판이 주위 온도 변화에도 들뜨거나 밀리지 않으며, 연성 인쇄회로기판의 분리가 용이한 액정 표시장치 ▶TITLE ○작성내용 : LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY WITH A STABLE FLEXIBLE PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD ㆍ안정된 연성회로 기판만을 포함함으로써 본 발명의 기술적 과제인 “연성회로 기판의 들뜸 혹은 밀림 방지와 연성 인쇄회로기판의 용이한 분리”를 해결할 수 없음. 즉, 발명의 특징이 잘못 반영되어 있음 ○수정내용 : LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY, PARTICULARLY INCLUDING A HOOK OR A FIXING MEMBER WHICH FIXES A FLEXIBLE PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD AND AN UPPER CONTAINERS OF WHICH SIDE WALLS HAVE COUPLING HOLES TO COUPLE WITH THE HOOK ㆍ주위 온도 변화에 들뜨거나 밀리지 않고, 연성회로기판의 용이한 분리를 위한 해결 수단으로 후크(또는 고정부재) 및 상부 수납용기에 대한 기술적 내용이 반영되어야 함 ▶PURPOSE ○작성내용 : A liquid crystal display is provided in which a flexible printed circuit board does not loosen or move due to the surrounding temperature but can still be easily separated. ㆍ영작오류 발생(주위 온도 때문에 연성회로 기판이 들뜨거나 밀림이 방지되는 것이 아님) ㆍ또한 LCD가 무엇과 분리되는지 명확하게 명시되지 않음 ○수정내용 : An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to prevent an FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board) from loosing or moving regardless of the surrounding temperature by including a hook or a fixing member and to separate the FPCB from the LCD by forming coupling holes on side walls of a container. ㆍ본 발명의 기술적 과제인 “연성회로 기판의 들뜸 또는 밀림 방지와 연성회로 기판과 LCD와의 용이한 분리” 내용이 구체적인 수단을 제시를 통하여 언급되어야 함 ▶CONSTITUTION ○작성내용 : The liquid crystal display includes a liquid panel assembly, a back light unit, a side wall, an upper storage container, a lower storage container, a flexible printed circuit board, and hooks. The liquid panel assembly marks imagery information. The back light unit provides light to the liquid panel assembly. The side wall is built along with the edge of the upper plane and contains the liquid panel assembly and the back light unit. The upper storage container has more than one combining hole that can connect with a hook. The lower storage container is formed to have more than one stepped part for inserting a hook to connect it with the upper storage container. The flexible printed circuit board is cut along with the designed plane of the upper storage container. The hook fixes the flexible printed circuit board. ㆍ발명의 특징인 상부 수납용기와 후크에 대한 설명이 잘 되어 있지만, 연성회로 기판이 상부 수납용기를 따라서 휘어져 있다는 본문의 내용을 잘못 이해하여 연성회로 기판이 끊어져 있다고 기술됨 ㆍ대명사“it"이 정확히 무엇을 의미하는지 알 수 없음 ㆍ대표도면이 존재하나, 도면번호가 명시되어 있지 않음 ○수정내용 : The LCD(1000) includes an LCD panel(110), a back light unit(200), an upper container(230), a lower container(300), an FPCB(130) and a hook(400). The LCD panel(110) displays image information, and the back light unit(200) supplies light to an LCD assembly(100). The upper container(230) in which side walls are formed along the edges of the upper container accepts the backlight unit, and each side wall has at least one coupling hole(231) to couple with the hook. One or more than one stepped part(310) to which the hook can be inserted is formed at the edges of the lower container(300), and the lower container(300) couples with the upper container(230).
