The front parts are installed with combining grooves(111) at both ends, and combining projections(112) having shapes engaged with the combining grooves, formed with fixing grooves(113) on the combining projections, and installed with fitting grooves cut with predetermined depth. The support rod is placed in parallel with the front part, and a center rod(122) connecting the centers of the support rod and the front part and having a plane of an H shape. The retaining wall blocks are combined through the engagement between the combining grooves and the combining projections, and fixed by coupling pins passing through the fixing grooves formed on the combining projections.
