레인지 후드용 시로코 홴의 성능 향상을 위한 수치해석적 연구

This paper presents numerical study on the performance improvement of the sirocco fan in a range hood. The high performance is obtained with results related to a high flow rata high static pressure and a low required motor power for a fixed geometry constraint. Various impeller geometric parameters, such as blade profile, blade diameter, blade thickness profile and blade exit angle, were numerically investigated and the effect of the parameters on the performance was discussed. Throughout this study, the original volute geometry was used. The numerical results show that the blade profile with airfoil shape and small exit blade thickness improves the performance. There exists an optimum exit blade angle within a varied range. The efficiency of the fan with the optimum exit angle was about 10% higher than that with the base blade exit angle. 더 자세한 내용은 첨부파일 참조
